LEAD-HAZARD REDUCTION

Worried your home may contain lead?

Southern Hills works with the Onondaga County Lead Hazard Reduction Program to provide residents of Southern Onondaga County with information about funds available to assist with lead hazard removal.

HOME IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Need help repairing your home?

Up to $30,000 to help homeowners make necessary repairs that increase the longevity of the home!

FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS PROGRAM

Dreaming of homeownership?
