Our First-Time Homebuyer Program does not currently have funding available. We are evaluating options for redesigning the program to better meet the needs of first-time buyers based on the current real estate market in Southern Onondaga County. The limited number of affordable houses for sale in our area has severely impacted first-time buyers' ability to locate and purchase a home.
